Our services

Treatment plans are individualized and based on your evaluation, history, and diagnostic findings.

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Guided therapeutic exercise, stretching, and hands-on therapy to restore strength, mobility, and function.

Rehab is the foundation of most care plans. Patients work through a structured program of strengthening, stability, and mobility work, supported by therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, heat, and ultrasound. Programs progress as you improve, with the goal of keeping you active outside the clinic.

Chiropractic Care

Spinal and extremity adjustments to improve joint motion and reduce mechanical pain.

Chiropractic adjustments are delivered as part of a coordinated plan rather than on their own. Your chiropractor works alongside the medical team so that adjustments, rehab, and any medical treatment support one another.

Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression

Gentle, controlled traction designed to reduce pressure on discs and nerves.

Decompression is a computer-guided traction therapy used for certain disc-related back and neck conditions. Sessions are comfortable, performed fully clothed, and are typically combined with rehab for longer-lasting results.

Neuropathy Treatment Programs

A structured program to address nerve pain, numbness, and balance problems.

Neuropathy care starts with a detailed nerve evaluation to understand what is driving your symptoms. Programs may combine electrotherapy, balance and gait training, nutritional guidance, and medical management, coordinated through one treatment plan.

Injection Therapies

Targeted injections for joint, muscle, and nerve pain when conservative care is not enough.

When clinically appropriate, options may include trigger point injections, joint injections, and nerve blocks. Injections are considered after a full evaluation and are always paired with an active care plan.

Regenerative Medicine

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and biologic injection options for joint and soft tissue conditions.

Regenerative treatments use components of your own blood, such as platelets, to support the body's natural healing response in joints, tendons, and ligaments. Your provider will review whether you are a candidate and what to realistically expect.

Shockwave Therapy

Acoustic wave therapy for chronic tendon and soft tissue pain such as plantar fasciitis.

Shockwave therapy delivers focused sound waves to stubborn, chronic soft tissue problems. Treatments are quick, non-invasive, and require no downtime.

Not every treatment is appropriate for every patient. Your provider will discuss options, risks, and expected outcomes before any treatment begins.
